Overview
Walden Works completed a full-scale reconstruction of a residence on Delverton Road following a significant storm-related loss. After a large tree impacted the home during Hurricane Helene in 2024, the project required a comprehensive rebuild to restore the structure and bring the home back to a livable, high-quality condition.
The scope of work included rebuilding the entire floor system and reframing the roof, as well as reconstructing both exterior and interior walls to reestablish the home’s structural integrity. A new roofing system with updated shingles was installed, along with all new insulation and sheetrock throughout the interior. The home was further updated with new cabinetry and countertops, along with all new fixtures and appliances to provide a fully refreshed and functional living space. New flooring was installed throughout, completing the interior rebuild with a clean, cohesive finish.
