Overview
Walden Works completed a comprehensive renovation of the Hammock Bay Clubhouse, focused on modernizing the exterior while improving long-term durability and functionality. The project was designed to elevate the building’s appearance while ensuring it performs reliably for years to come.
The scope of work included a complete roof replacement and full exterior repainting to refresh and protect the structure. We removed the existing stucco arches and introduced updated architectural elements using a combination of stone and siding, creating a more cohesive and refined aesthetic. The project also involved installing new stairs, handrails, and pickets to enhance safety and accessibility, along with TimberTech composite decking to provide a durable, low-maintenance outdoor surface. In addition, all exterior doors and transoms were replaced, improving both performance and the overall visual finish of the clubhouse.
